Note: When using xylene, pay special attention to the residual solvent and adhesion phenomenon.
Do not add excessive solvent when using ink. When it is necessary to dilute the color, use diluent 893.
For printing with small amount of ink and small layout, since the ink is in contact with air for a long time, it can cause
thickening and blocking. Use slow-drying solvents to prevent such phenomenon.

VP type ink for low speed machine
VPA, VP intaglio (LI) composite ink, can provide excellent adhesion for BOPP and OPP, combined with a variety of complex processing procedures, such as dry composite, and a variety of composite materials. For example, CPP, OPE, aluminum foil and aluminized film provide ideal composite strength. VPA and VP composite ink has the advantages of bright color, good frost resistance, not easy to appear in printing and printing, and can be widely used in various rotary gravure presses from low speed (30 m / min) to high speed (200 m / min ink)
It can be completely dried and the residual solvents are very low, which can meet the requirements of food packaging.
The selection of diluent should depend on the depth of the printing plate, humidity, drying conditions and printing speed.The ratio of common diluents is as follow.
VPA,VPInk is limited to the packaging of dry food, cold snacks and ordinary fast food. It is not suitable for high-temperature,
cooked and lipid-containing food.
VPA,VPThe ink is specially designed for composite inner printing packaging; it is not suitable for surface printing.
